Time to go home

My car has died! Few days ago I worked till late night, when I was driving back to Petone I realised that my car was very jumpy. I stopped at traffic light and my car engine died… Oh no!! I was scared because I have no friend in Wellington, who can help me at late night!?

I took my car to repair in the next day. It is very expensive to repair the car but it will not pass the Warrant of Fitness without repairing, so I am going to sell my car as scrap. I am quite upset because it is inconvenient without a car, as my work location is far. Also, I look forward so much for the horse riding lesson in the weekend, but I have to cancel it reluctantly.

Well, perhaps it is not necessarily a bad thing. I realised my fatigue recently as I was too busy (I slept in midnight almost every day). Now I am going to get a good rest in this weekend. Besides, I bought my car for NZD$1,200 and expected to use it for only one year, and now I have already used it for 1.5 years so I am very grateful. Also, I am going back to Malaysia in next month, so I do not have to worry my car when I am not here. It is time to go home!

I received a draft trip plan which gets me happy. It reminds me of my trip is coming soon! My trip is less than three weeks from now. Spending time with family and friends is exciting.

I went to night market last night. I like this place as it is a lively place with a lot of people, so that I won’t feel lonely. I like to eat the hot foods and sit on the stair, listening to the music performance. The night markets in Malaysia have even more foods!
