This is a very normal weekend for most of the people, but it means something for me. My mother bought the flight ticket to New Zealand to visit me on this week, but for some reasons she decided to burn her flight ticket. I already bought the flight ticket from Wellington to Auckland long time ago as I wanted to pick her up. Anyway I still go to Auckland – just for a walk.
It was raining heavily and it was very wet when I reached Auckland.
Wow, today is a Triathlon day! Queens Street is closed.
Seeing that they are doing so hard to complete the Triathlon, I am very guilty as I haven’t really exercised for long time. Why am I so lazy?
Every runner is cool isn’t it?
You wouldn’t able to imagine that, a lazy person like me was once a half marathon runner (completed 21km once)! Well, it might be easy for many people but it is really tough for me (I have anemia), so I am proud of it. When I was in Malaysia, every time when I complete a run, I received a completion T-shirt and perhaps trophy even if it is less than 10km. I have countless T-shirts and some trophies. I also remember once I conquer the KL Tower – that was 100 floors walk through! Hmm… What happen to me now?? Hahaha.
Posting a photo of the past! I was running and I was smiling, because I knew the camera man was looking at me.
I had a nice walk in Queen Street. There are a lot of shops!
I was craving for sushi, very very much. I am a super big fan of sushi! But the problem is, I went to at least 5 or 6 sushi restaurants but none of them are open. Most of them open at 11am++ but I will be leaving Auckland soon. No sushi, no happiness! Finally I found one… I love sushi~
In the last hour it was wet and rainy, in the next hour it is sunny and the sky is clear now. This is New Zealand – it is just like the feeling of a woman isn’t it. 😛
Auckland is not my favourite place. I prefer a more quiet and natural place. Auckland is too busy for me. Tall buildings are everywhere; the crowd and busy traffic are annoying. Nevertheless, I think it is sometimes good to walk aimlessly in busy city like Auckland, so you do not have time to think of something else.
